  1. aDM Domicillary nursing is a short term special training given to ASHA workers or local women after 8th standard for providing home care to clients, ANM Auxillary Nurse Midwifery is a 2 year diploma course given to train individuals after 12th standard to become auxillary nursing midwives to provide basic nursing care to individuals, families and communities so that they can work as Junior public health nurse. GNM General Nursing And Midwifery course is a 3 year diploma course after 12th std with physics, chemistry and biology, offering more in depth knowledge in nursing and midwifery and can work as registered nurse in hospitals. BSc nursing: provides 4 years undergraduate training to individuals with 12th standard PCB stream and provide in depth knowledge in nursing, administration, research etc. and can work as registered nurse in hospitals or nurse tutor in school of nursing
